Return Material Authorization (RMA)

Returns:

 We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. 

You will have 30 days to return your product if you are not satisfied.  If your return is due to a manufacture defect, you must notify us immediately and within 10 days of invoice date to ensure proper replacementNormal shipping charges may apply to all replacements due to manufacturer defects. PLEASE NOTE: It is important to keep in mind that blemishes and imperfections are common with jewelry crafting and most times are avoidable and DO NOT impact the integrity or beauty of the item.

RETURN PERIOD:  30 days from Invoice date to return your finished jewelry item or jewelry packaging. All return merchandise must be in original condition (Unworn!) and with original packaging; including envelopes, bags and boxes. ALL CUSTOM ITEMS, INCLUDING ENGRAVING, SIZING and SPECIAL ORDERS and LIMITED TIME ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITMES are NON-RETURNABLE, considered all sales final and cannot be returned.   ALL SHIPPING COSTS are non-refundable. Normal shipping charges will apply for any exchange product being shipped to the customer. All returns must be shipped Priority Mail by the USPS (United States Postal Service) prepaid by the customer (No CODs). Upon receiving your return, we will exchange, replace, or credit,  excluding shipping charges.  ***NOTE: Shipping Charges are NOT Refundable***

If your return is past 30 days we can not provide a refund.  However,  we may replace or issue store/site credit at our discretion.   This will also include a 25% re-stock charge and may include other handling fees. 

 Directions for Returns:

  • Easily initiate a return by logging into your account, that was set up at time of order, and simply make the request there.  Once you submit your request for Return Material Authorization (RMA) you will get an automated email that your request is being processed.   
  • Once approved, you will receive another email with specific instructions on how to return item and you will have 5 days to return your item.  
  • All returns must be shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Service insured for at minimum the value of the purchase price. 
  • Merchandise should be securely packaged and be sure to include all original labels and bags.

Once your item is received by us we will inspect and if it meets our policy issue you a refund.  This can take up to 10 days after receiving and does not include shipping charges.  

We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason including abuse of return privileges.
